OUR HISTORY

Founded by Darcy, Hayden and Lachy – 2MORO began with one shared goal: to be the best in construction delivery and service, whilst fostering a shift in the industry. With an aim to prioritise people over profit, the founders have harnessed their decades of combined tier-one build experience into a few key years of growth: nurturing a team formidable in both skill and purpose. Now, 2MORO proudly services Melbourne’s diverse communities – celebrating excellence in construction, all while replacing transactional relationships, with real ones.

The 2MORO Group culture is proudly people-first, guided by both our purpose and industry: community. Our attitudes and ways of working allow our relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders of all cultures, professional backgrounds, abilities, genders and ages to grow more like a family than a network – enriching our own learning every day.

The way we see it, every 2MORO Group member has a stake in our builds – we solve the same problems and celebrate the same successes. With a flat, nonhierarchical structure, we substitute competition for collaboration and always aim to foster a space that encourages new perspectives, methods, and insights from each member of the team.
