Details: Our 2MORO Group team managed and delivered this project for the Bayside Council to the highest of standards.

Our main focus for this project was to maintain the existing stair structure for as long as possible, whilst endeavouring to build the new stair structure in sections utilising the existing stair to brace to in order to support the new stairs temporarily reducing manual handling risks. We then removed the old stairs in sections as we built the new stair sections up the cliff face. This allowed us to utilise the existing stairs for clear safe access up and down the cliff face for our workers and for first aid response purposes.
